Incorporating patent pending Pocket 2 Technology, the Mizuno® GXF91 Franchise Excel Series 12.5-in baseball first base mitt provides an increased pocket, making catching easier with more control. A PalmSoft lining combines with a Parashock palm pad to bring you added protection and comfort.

After a bounce back weekend in week 3, I fell flat on week 4.

If you started Alex Smith you probably were feeling the same amount of pain he was. It wasn't Curry that shined for Oakland, but Jerry Porter, strike 2. And Reuben Droughns had something like 4 carries for 8 yards or something or another..... not good.

Let's take a look at this week's picks.

Ron Dayne - RB Houston Texans

Ok, here's the skinny. The Texans are going up against one of the worst rush defenses in the NFL. The Dolphins are giving up 200 yards a game rushing on average and it should be the same this week. Dayne is expected to start for an injured Ahman Green. Even if Green can play on Sunday, he will lose carries to Dayne. This is a perfect scenario to start a back-up RB and still look to get the majority of the touches. If your thin at RB, pick up Dayne and start him for this week.

Lee Evans - WR Buffalo Bills

Anyone who drafted Evans with high expectations this year, like I did, has suffered so far. Last week Troy Edwards started at QB for thie injured J.P. Losman and found Evans early and often making it Lee's most productive game this year. The Bills are sure to fall behind to the Cowboys and will have to throw the ball to try and keep up. Evans has the possibility of totaling a lot of receptions and yards. He might even get a chance to score against a suspect Dallas secondary.

Chad Pennington - QB New York Jets

Pennington has quietly put together a decent fantasy season. He has once again made Laverneus Coles his go to guy, but has been able to work in Cotchery and TE Chris Baker has found the end zone as well. The Giants will score pretty much at will and the Jets will be forced to throw to keep the game close. With the Giants secondary in it's current state, Pennington could find plenty of open field to work with.

This weeks IDP waiver wire steal.

Eric Wright - DB Cleveland Browns

They don't call him Eazy-E..... yet. Wright has 29 tackles on the season, that's an average of 7 a game. Those are great numbers for a rookie DB. He's only owned in 24% of CBS leagues so if you need a DB, pick up E.
