This was a great backpack. My granddaughter loved it. It was very good quality and came in just three days.

The backpack is great. It is larger than I thought it would be which is fine because my child will grow into it, but the shipper/handling company who actually sells this through Amazon was aweful. (OLD GLORY) They sent the wrong backpack to us and when we let them know they said that WE had to pay for the shipping back to them and also to ship the correct backpack. You would think they would take responsibility for their error. I do not recommend using this company and Amazon should not either! Company:OLD GLORY
